Bust Sketches
Quick sketches from the shoulders up of your character!
Expression is based off of their personality, but is left completely up to the artist. There will be minor shading, rough prompts are allowed for character interactions (2+ characters in a sketch)
These sketches are fast! So it's very likely for you to see them within 1-2 days. These slots will close if other comm types fill up fast

READ: There are no wips for this commission type, the only edits allowed are to fix design details I've missed
Shitposts
Draw-overs of your character on a meme or shitpost of your choice! If you have none, I have a large pinterest board of them to choose fromDrawovers are lined roughly, with flat colors. Price will vary widely based on meme format and level of detailHaving a shitpost in mind is preferred!
Simple shitposts- $10-15Up to 2 headshot/busts in one image, or one fullbody
Complex shitposts- NOT AVAILABLEMore than 2 busts in one image, or multiple fullbodies. Also includes shitposts where I have to draw the character from scratch (see examples)
NOTICE: for complex characters, the character will be simplified. If you do not want simplification, there will be a complexity fee. +20% the base cost

A more affordable, chibi reference of your character! Done in my normal chibi styleShading is not available
Basic Reference
Ref type only available for feral charactersStarts at $65. Price fluctuates with design complexity
Must be of a full, pre-existing design. If you would like me to redesign the character, see below. Custom design chibi references are not available at this time
Includes:
- 1 side view (second view optional, will cost extra if moderate edits are needed)
- Symmetrical headshot for mouth view
- Design notes, palette
- Accessories (if applicable)
- Name, basic info (age or birthday, height, pronouns. Can add flags if requested)
- Basic bio + design notes where needed
- Re-designs: A redesign fee of +25-50% the base price, if you would like to make moderate changes from their past design. Percentage will be determined by how much you'd like changed (simplifying characters will cost less on average)
- Paw view: free
- Elemental abilities + notes: + $3 per ability
-Pets: $10-$15 per animal
- Headshots showcasing emotions: + $10 per headshot
- Chibi top + bottom view: +$10-$15 (complexity pending) (see "more examples" for example)
Emotes
Expressive emotes of your character done in a chibi style! Complex characters will be simplified. (You can choose to pay a fee for full complexity, please let me know if this is the route you'd like to take!)

I can draw neutral poses for anthros, but anthros as a whole are not a strong point. They will be priced higher than feral characters, regardless of design complexityCanon characters means characters that appear in the story/game/movie, not your fan made WoF character. Fan characters can be drawn

Please keep in mind that I do work better with some colors/aesthetics than others. If you're unsure about what I can do, you're welcome to contact me and ask!

I. Important Notice
By sending payment, the client automatically agrees to the Terms of Service● You must have a pre-existing reference sheet or flat colored fullbody of your character already finished if you plan on commissioning me. Excludes ref/design comms● Please make sure the image has easy to pick colors, I will not take low res pictures with indistinguishable colors/details.II. Deadlines And Turnaround
● Fees will be added for commissions with requested short deadlines (a week or less). Price will vary on size of commission and deadline date● I will not take deadlines of under 2 weeks for scenes or large references● Turnaround time is generally fast, but may take up to 1-3 months. I have a second
job, and sometimes health issues will force me to stop working for a short time.● If anything comes up, the commissioner will be notified of any changes.
● Smaller commissions and occasionally small personal pieces are done in between breaks of the larger ones, to not burn myself out.III. WIPS And Updates
● I will send you a sketch for approval before continuing, and I will not continue to work on it until after you've responded or approved.● Please do not ask me to give updates every other day. That only stresses me out, and may cause your commission to lower in quality.● Updates will be given when major progress is made. Flat colors, basic shading, and during the background stages (if applicable).

I. Making Payments
● All payments must be made upfront and in full before I begin your commission, excluding predetermined payment plans.Payment is via PayPal invoice, cashapp, square, stripe, and DeviantArt points.If paying with PayPal, please add your PayPal email to your commission form. If you are paying with points, please wait to send them until I tell you how I’d like them sent. My prices are in USD, 100 points=$1.II. Payment Plans
Commissions equal to or exceeding $100 have a payment plan option, full payment must be paid off within 2-3 weeks, but longer can be discussed if needed. The commission will be started when the first payment is made, and will not be taken past lineart until it is paid off in full.III. Edits And Redos
Any changes during the sketch phase are free. After that, the first 5 small changes are free; any after that will have a fee. All larger changes will have a fee. Price will depend on how large the change is, as well as how finished your commission is, but can be up to 75% of the original price. Any mistakes made to your character’s design by me are changed for free. Once past the sketch phase, under no circumstances will I redo 100% of the commission.IV. Cancellations & Refunds
● I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time, for any reason. Including, but not limited to:
Poor or no communication, rude behavior, harassment, irl or health related issues, etc.●The commissioner has the right to ask for a refund at any time. Refunds will be given based on completion of work, and files of the incomplete image will be sent. Work that is at the coloring phase is non-refundable

Refund percentages for scene commissions will instead be based off of percentage of work done, as their progress stages are much different.

I. Usage Rights
The commissioned item is personal/non-profit use only, and is not for commercial use unless we’ve agreed upon otherwise. The client is not permitted to sell products with the commissioned piece. This is the same for any art obtained from the artist through any sort of trade.
II. Intellectual Property
The art and designs I create are still within my ownership, and as such I should be credited when uploading elsewhere. If uploading to ToyHou.se Instagram, please credit me there (@fenbound). I reserve the right to use your commission for commission examples and portfolio work, as well as sharing it to my social media sites. If you do not want your commission publicly shared, please let me know in advance.
III. Commercial Use Details
Commercial use fees can be added on, allowing you to use your commissioned piece however you like.Fees are a flat rate of +50% the price of the commission, for indefinite use involving a sole proprietorship.For corporations: please email me and we can discuss pricing. Pricing will be determined based off of usage, and may be a royalty fee instead of flat rate for merchandise or prints of the artwork.Fees do not apply to pre-made designs (such as adopts). Adopts are already licensed for commercial use.Commercial use includes:
Selling any physical items, video game assets, using the art in promotions, YouTube videos, and streaming.Under no circumstances will the client ever be allowed to use the art or characters for AI image generation or NFTS, whether selling as a one-off or making sets using the art as a base. Breaking this rule will result in a permanent blacklist, and DMCA take down being filed.

After buying a design from me, you:

REGARDING CHARACTERS OBTAINED VIA MIXED PAYMENT OR TRADE
should you ghost me for months or drop off of the internet before finishing art payments in full, I have the right to refund your cash portion and call the trade off.If you trade me a stolen character, I have the right to take my character back. If you sent any payment in cash, you will receive a full refund after sending the character back, and the trade will be null. Alternative solutions can be discussed.
